Our journey of purchasing a new home was made perfect Thanks to Suzie Gallardo and the team. My wife and we’re working with another lender prior. After experiencing lack of service and prioritization you our account, we (my wife and I) felt it was time to move to a better lender. Upon moving over, Suzie made sure to gather documents and begin the process which would lead to a smooth transition. Her customer service was the best! She was quick to call when she needed something from us. She was also quick to answer phone calls and rely to emails on a timely manner. From the beginning she has shown exemplary professionalism in handling my loan. She was straight forward and very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish.
